Supported by 8080 MCU 8bit/16bit, this type of TFT LCD can be used in many applications. ILI9341V is the driver IC of the tft lcd. The operation temperature is -20°C to 70°C and the storage temperature is -30°C to 80°C which compliant with industry standards.
